Frequently asked questions
Where does the portrait session take place?
Wherever you like in and around Oaxaca de Juárez: in the studio, on the streets of the Historic Center or at a special location. If the place requires written permission, we take care of it.
Does the package include makeup, hair or wardrobe?
No. The Comfort and Superior packages include time for outfit changes and touch-ups, but makeup, hair and wardrobe are on you. We are happy to recommend professionals we trust.
When will I get my photos?
The original files arrive within 10 business days via a download link. Once you pick your favorites, the edited photos are delivered within 15 business days.
