From the first conversation to your photos
A clear process with no surprises. Here is everything that happens before, during and after your session.
Step by step

We talk
We reach out for a video call to talk about your expectations, the style you are after and what you need.

You save the date
A 5% deposit of the package total secures your date.
- 03
We prepare the session
Three days before, we send you digital cards with tips and advice. If the location requires written permission, we handle the paperwork. If it charges a fee, we let you know in writing with the venue’s stamp or signature as proof.

We shoot
On the day, we work calmly so you feel at ease. When the session ends, 45% is due.
- 05
You pick your favorites
Within 10 business days you receive all the originals through a Drive link to review them and choose your favorites. Another 45% is due with this delivery.
- 06
You get your edited photos
We edit and retouch your selection and deliver it within 15 business days. The final 5% is due with this delivery.

Payment is split into four moments, each tied to a delivery, so you always know what you have received and what is pending.

What is on you
So you can plan for yourself and anyone joining you, these items are not part of the service:
- Transportation
- Restrooms and changing rooms
- Care of personal belongings
- Care of companions or pets

Outside the coverage area
We cover 15 km around downtown Oaxaca de Juárez. Beyond that, the team’s travel cost is added.

If you need to cancel your session, please let us know at least 5 days in advance.
Your photos on our channels
We will ask you to choose 5 to 10 of your favorite photos to share on our social media and website. They are always published as a collaboration with you.
File storage
We keep the digital files for a limited time. Once delivered, keeping them safe is the client’s responsibility.

How do I book my date?
With a 5% deposit of the package total. Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact form and we will send you the details.
What are original or RAW files?
They are the photos straight out of the camera, unedited. From them you pick your favorites for us to edit and retouch.
How long does final delivery take?
Originals arrive within 10 business days after the session, and edited photos 15 business days after you send us your selection.
Do you work outside Oaxaca de Juárez?
Yes. Our coverage area is 15 km around downtown; beyond it, the team’s travel cost is added.
